First Day of Painting

Let the exterior transformation begin. I'm hoping this soft, relaxing shade of a muted sea glass green will give the house better curb appeal.

Got up and got busy painting this morning. So far, I have the first window ledge painted. It's going to be a great start to a beautiful home don't you think.

It's slow going with paint brush but it's looking good so far. The neighbors came over and chatted for a while. They love the color. I was glad to hear it because they live right next door and will have to look at it way more than we do. 

Yesterday we received great news. We were given a sixty to ninety day wait on the sea wall. But they called yesterday and said they would be out on Monday to begin construction.
