After 30 years of accumulating fine furniture and a comfortable lifestyle, we decided to sell everything and move to FL. I'm used to the Midwest and always loved the four seasons. Mi Miguel is from FL and likes constant warmth and sunshine. After 28 years in the St. Louis area and a few years in IN, we purchased an Italian villa style ranch house in sunny FL. We're enjoying the empty nester life and slowly adjusting to this FL way of life. Did I mention that our house is a fixer upper?
